Warehouse Operative (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Andover warehouse on a temp‑to‑perm basis. The role offers a supportive environment where you can develop a long‑term career in logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Receive, check, and book incoming goods.
• Process kitting orders and maintain stock records.
• Assist with stock control, movements and inventory updates.
• Support the wider team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and workplace organisation.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual handling duties.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (desirable).
• Valid Reach Truck Licence (desirable).
• Knowledge of quality management systems (desirable).
