Warehouse Operative – Wokingham

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy warehouse in Wokingham. The role involves supporting daily operations, from receiving deliveries to picking orders and maintaining a tidy, safe environment. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:30, with occasional overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and book incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Update stock records, process returns and assist with inventory counts.
• Move and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Support health and safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Reliable, proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential).
• Basic IT knowledge for stock system updates.
