Warehouse Picker – Days Shift – 4am Start in Chiller

About the role
As a Warehouse Picker in Aldi’s Long Life Chiller area you will work a days‑shift that starts at 4 am. You’ll receive picking instructions via headset, collect the right items, and ensure paperwork is accurate while maintaining safety in a 0‑5 °C environment.
Key responsibilities
- Select products accurately to meet daily picking targets.
- Follow headset instructions and double‑check paperwork for correctness.
- Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced, cold environment.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work a 4‑day on / 2‑day off rota.
- Strong attention to detail when handling stock.
Required skills
- Operation of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).

- £14.93 per hour with pay rises linked to tenure.
- 25+ hours per week, typically 7‑8 hour shifts.
