Warehouse Picker-Packer – Full-time

About the role

Join a busy distribution team in Basildon as a Warehouse Picker‑Packer. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring orders are accurately selected, securely packed and dispatched on time. The role offers an immediate start and a structured Monday‑to‑Friday shift.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists, confirming correct quantities and product codes.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
• Report any product defects or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, excellent time‑keeping and a positive attitude.
