Warehouse Picking & Packing Operative

About the role
Join a busy warehouse team handling high‑value medical devices in a modern, clean environment. You will be responsible for picking, checking and packing customer orders accurately, ensuring that shipments meet strict quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, check and pack customer orders with precision.
- Load and unload vehicles, handling both small delicate items and large palletised shipments.
- Book in and move stock deliveries, allocate storage locations.
- Process orders using computerised dispatch systems.
- Carry out stock takes and product screening when required.
- Meet agreed targets and deadlines.
Required profile
- Previous picking and packing experience.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with high‑value items.
- Basic English and maths skills.
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Reliable, flexible and a strong team player.
