Warehouse / Production Operative – £12.75 per hour

About the role

Join a friendly, supportive team at a well‑established manufacturing site in Snodland. This hands‑on position involves a mix of warehouse and production tasks, ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active, using hand tools and contributing to daily output.

Key responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished goods around the factory floor.
• Wrap, pack and prepare products for dispatch.
• Read measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
• Carry out basic assembly and production activities.
• Support day‑to‑day warehouse and factory operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable and hard‑working attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical and practical tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Experience with hand tools, assembly work, manufacturing or DIY is advantageous.
