Warehouse Shift Manager - Nights

About the role

As the Night Shift Manager you will support the Site Warehouse Operations Manager in delivering efficient, cost‑effective warehouse operations during the night shift. You will ensure the warehouse runs smoothly, meeting service levels and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily night‑shift warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking and dispatch.
• Maintain productivity targets and operate within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure a safe working environment through effective team leadership.
• Manage and motivate warehouse operatives to meet output targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plans for operational quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations on a shift basis.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve performance targets.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and cost efficiency.
