Warehouse Supervisor (Aylesbury)

About the role

A successful and growing business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team. This role offers the chance for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and drive high standards across the warehouse operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets.
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings.
• Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP.
• Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes.
• Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch.
• Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues.
• Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Strong organisational and workload planning abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to support operational activities.
• Forklift licence and driving experience.
