Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager at its Sunderland site. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, meet customer service targets, and maintain health and safety standards across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Control and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate resources for continuous operations.
• Ensure staff follow warehouse procedures, hold required training and certifications, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Organise daily activities to maximise efficiency, maintain accurate paperwork, and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with other departments, providing timely and accurate information.
• Review and improve warehouse procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Process and record all documentation related to goods movement and storage.
• Assist other departments as needed to support overall business performance.

Required profile

• Experience with warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with stock management software.
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Demonstrated alignment with company values.
