Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor who will also operate a forklift. In this fast‑paced environment you will oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring goods move efficiently from receipt to dispatch while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection and proper storage of incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and support inventory control.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular stock audits.
• Oversee picking and packing processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of vehicles and smooth flow of stock throughout the facility.
• Lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold Health & Safety legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, stock control and goods in/out processes.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
