Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a small, dynamic team in our Sittingbourne facility. The role offers hands‑on leadership, training and clear progression within a stable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small warehouse crew to achieve daily performance targets.
• Supervise operatives, allocate workloads and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage goods receipt and dispatch, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as stock accuracy and dispatch speed.
• Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to keep the flow of materials smooth.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong ability to lead teams, control stock and manage KPIs.
• Reliable commute to Sittingbourne (e.g., from Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Rochester, Gillingham, Faversham, Sheerness).
