Warehouse Team Leader (Remote, UK sites)

About the role

We are partnering with a global leader in renewable energy to find a Warehouse Team Leader. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to sites across the UK to support warehouse operations and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead virtual stand‑ups and shift handovers, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, track bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide remote coaching, HR support and oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) monitoring.
• Manage inventory control, quality assurance and vendor/carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments and produce regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Comfort with occasional travel to multiple UK sites.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite or Blue Yonder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and digital whiteboard tools.
• Advanced reporting skills using Power BI, Tableau or complex Excel spreadsheets.
