Warehouse Team Manager – Warrington

About the role

Warehouse Team Manager based at our Warrington site, offering a £38,685 basic salary plus night shift allowance. You will lead a multitemperature warehouse for Sysco GB, supporting leading food businesses such as Brakes and Fresh Direct.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, develop and manage a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists.
• Ensure smooth operation of the multitemperature warehouse, monitoring process adherence and team performance.
• Oversee team welfare and engagement, driving high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Track and improve key performance metrics through data‑driven influence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading, coaching and driving team performance in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to use data insights to improve performance and influence change.
• Customer‑centric mindset and strong stakeholder relationship skills.
