Warehouse/Parcel Sorting Operative – Royal Mail (Peak Season)

About the role

Join the Royal Mail team at the Milton Keynes parcel hub for the busy peak season. As a Warehouse/Parcel Sorting Operative you will help keep parcels moving efficiently through sorting, scanning and loading processes.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and scan parcels accurately to prepare them for delivery.
• Load and unload vehicles, moving parcels around the hub.
• Work collaboratively with a busy team to meet daily targets.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking team player comfortable in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.
• Willingness to undertake full training; previous warehouse or parcel experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to complete Royal Mail pre‑employment checks, including a DBS check.
