Warehousing and Logistic Trainer Assessor

About the role

Reed FE is seeking an experienced Adult Skills Trainer to deliver Level 2 Warehousing and Logistics qualifications on a short‑term basis. The role involves teaching adult learners, assessing their progress and providing the support needed to achieve certification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited training sessions covering warehouse and logistics topics.
• Manage a caseload of 15‑20 learners, offering personalised guidance.
• Travel between training sites in North and East London as required.
• Assess learner progress, give constructive feedback and record outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of learner milestones and qualifications.

Required profile

• Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Specialised experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Enhanced DBS check covering Child and Adult barred lists.
• Proven ability to organise and deliver effective training sessions.
