Warranty Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a premium car dealership’s after‑sales team in Carlisle. You will manage the end‑to‑end warranty process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and on time in line with manufacturer and group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims for all serviced vehicles.
• Maintain accurate warranty documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to resolve warranty issues.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Update and manage warranty records within the dealer management system.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator in a franchised car dealership.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer standards.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy after‑sales environment.

What we offer

• £30,000 basic salary.
• Monday‑to‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with flexitime.
