Washrooms Service Driver

About the role

The Washrooms Service Driver role is a physically active, customer‑facing position based at the Wickford Operations Centre. You will follow a pre‑planned route each day, collecting and servicing hygiene bins for a wide range of customers while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene and nappy bins from customer premises.
• Service and replace hygiene products as required.
• Complete digital and paper‑based compliance documentation.
• Return to the depot weekly to unload collected waste.
• Adhere to centrally planned routes to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Maximum six penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements in the last five years.
• Availability to work a 6 am – 6 pm window, 40 hours per week.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and professional attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
