Washrooms Service Driver

About the role

The Washrooms Service Driver role with PHS Group involves following a pre‑planned daily route to collect and service hygiene bins at customer premises. You will work within a 6 am–6 pm window, providing courteous service while ensuring compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feminine hygiene and nappy bins from customer locations.
• Service and replace hygiene products as required.
• Complete digital and paper‑based compliance documentation.
• Return to the depot weekly to unload collected waste.
• Adhere to centrally planned routes to maximise efficiency and safety.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Maximum six penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements in the last five years.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week within the 6 am–6 pm window.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious and professional attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
