About the role
Join a leading consultancy in the commercial real‑estate sector as a home‑based Water Consultant, balancing site visits with remote report work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments for commercial and residential properties, focusing on hot and cold water systems.
- Perform site visits, produce detailed reports and provide advice to clients, balancing on‑site and home‑based work.
Required profile
- City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in Legionella risk assessment and awareness.
- Strong knowledge of UK standards such as ACOP L8, HSG 274, BS 8580‑1 and BS 7592.
- Proven experience with closed water systems and site‑based Legionella assessments.
- Full driving licence for site travel.
