Water Hygiene Technician – Field Based

About the role

Join HSL Compliance as a Water Hygiene Technician, travelling to various sites across Rotherham, Sheffield or Derby. You will perform water safety checks, cleaning and maintenance tasks while recording results on a mobile device.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client sites each day using a company‑provided vehicle.
• Carry out checks, testing, monitoring or inspections related to water hygiene.
• Perform cleaning, servicing, or maintenance tasks as required.
• Record all results using a mobile device or relevant system.
• Interact professionally with clients, tenants and colleagues.
• Manage your own time and daily schedule while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Reliability, strong work ethic and confidence to work independently after training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to follow processes and work safely; DBS check may be required.
