Water Hygiene Technician – On‑site Role in Glasgow

About the role

Join HSL Compliance as a Water Hygiene Technician based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. You will travel to multiple client sites, performing essential water safety checks and maintenance while gaining hands‑on experience in a growing compliance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily to various locations using a company‑provided vehicle.
• Carry out water hygiene inspections, testing, monitoring and related checks.
• Perform cleaning, servicing and maintenance tasks as required.
• Record all findings on a mobile device or the designated system.
• Interact professionally with clients, tenants and colleagues.
• Manage your own schedule and adhere to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently after training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new competencies.
• Ability to follow processes and work safely.

Required skills

• Basic use of mobile devices for data entry.
