Wealth Planning Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Administrator to join a well‑established wealth management practice in Poole. You will work within a supportive, family‑oriented team, providing essential administrative support to Financial Advisers throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisers with day‑to‑day wealth planning administration.
• Process new business for pensions, investments and protection products.
• Liaise with external providers to obtain policy information and progress cases.
• Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and annual review materials.
• Maintain accurate client records and update back‑office systems.
• Ensure a smooth, efficient client journey by coordinating with colleagues across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in wealth planning or financial services administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build professional relationships with advisers and clients.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
