Web & Graphic Designer (UX/UI) – London

About the role

Pharmica is looking for a creative Web & Graphic Designer (UX/UI) to join its Digital team in London. You will work on mobile‑first high‑fidelity layouts, develop new website pages and features, and produce digital graphics that support marketing and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design mobile‑first high‑fidelity layouts to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Lead the creation and development of new website pages and interactive features.
• Produce and manage in‑house digital graphics for multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create content for newsletters, ads and websites.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Adapt and optimise visual content for social and digital media, including image editing.
• Maintain a consistent, innovative visual style across all brand touchpoints.
• Prioritise tasks and manage project timelines efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web / Graphic Designer (UX/UI).
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong eye for detail, design consistency and precision.
• Experience designing B2C websites and producing multi‑channel marketing assets.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating digital design work across various platforms.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.
• Ability to create high‑fidelity, mobile‑first layouts.
• Proficiency in digital design fundamentals such as typography and colour theory.
• Experience generating and managing digital graphics for web and marketing use.
