Website Designer & Developer

About the role

Consello is seeking a talented Website Designer & Developer to join its Belfast‑based creative team. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering world‑class digital experiences that reflect the firm’s sophisticated brand and serve senior executive audiences across B2B and enterprise markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Consello’s websites on WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring performance, security and a seamless user experience.
• Architect and develop B2B and enterprise‑grade web experiences with clear visual storytelling.
• Manage ongoing website maintenance, performance optimisation, page‑speed, accessibility, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Code marketing emails within HubSpot, Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a library of digital assets such as LinkedIn graphics and other visual content.

Required profile

• Proven ability to craft B2B and enterprise‑level digital environments that balance visual impact with user experience.
• Comfortable working with both design tools and code editors.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end digital projects from architecture to final implementation.
