About the role
Fora is looking for a Website Marketing Manager to own its digital presence and drive commercial growth through the website. You will shape user journeys, optimise performance, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating across creative, technical and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Fora’s website, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality user experience.
- Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns using CMS templates.
- Update site content, including copy, imagery and campaign assets, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor site health, load times and performance metrics, driving continuous improvements.
- Analyse website performance with GA4 and other analytics tools, tracking user behaviour and conversion funnels.
- Translate data into clear insights, recommendations and regular performance dashboards.
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging and attribution across all campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and technical partners to integrate paid media and SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate technical SEO improvements, website enhancements and new feature releases.
- Work with creative, content, CRM and marketing teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, CRO and overall digital journeys through regular audits.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading website ownership and optimisation within a digital marketing context.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working with agencies, technical partners and cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Content Management System (CMS) for building and updating pages.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Web performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
