Weekend Concierge – Residential Services

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Weekend Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors at our upscale residential development in Oxford Circus. Working Saturdays and Sundays, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security and smooth building operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and contractors, handling enquiries by phone or at the desk.
• Manage building security, monitor CCTV and oversee car‑parking facilities.
• Conduct regular patrols, report faults or security breaches to the Building Manager.
• Perform weekly fire‑alarm, lift‑alarm and other regulatory tests, logging results for inspection.
• Issue and record keys, parcels and registered mail, ensuring accurate sign‑in/out procedures.
• Assist with deliveries, coordinate collection and maintain up‑to‑date resident records.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and health‑&‑safety incidents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential or property management, preferably in a concierge or front‑desk role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships while remaining professional.
• Experience managing contractors and building works in a busy development.
• Awareness of fire, health & safety and security protocols.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
