Weekend Concierge – Stoke-on-Trent

About the role

Adullam is seeking a dedicated Weekend Concierge to join its team in Stoke‑on‑Trent. You will help keep the centre safe, secure and welcoming for residents and service users who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health, safety and security of the premises, including regular CCTV reviews.
• Carry out basic cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure an orderly environment.
• Monitor the wellbeing of tenants, residents and service users during weekend shifts.
• Move equipment and furniture as required to support facility operations.
• Follow Adullam’s policies, procedures and Christian ethos in all interactions.

Required profile

• Experience working as a concierge or in a similar front‑of‑house role.
• Awareness of the challenges faced by vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and respond quickly to incidents.
• Physical agility to handle equipment and move around the building.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and basic security procedures.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSH.

• Salary of £15,600 per annum for a 25‑hour weekend contract.
