Weekend Support Worker Driver

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Weekend Support Worker Driver to join our team in Bidford‑on‑Avon. You will provide high‑quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy and autism, helping them live active, independent lives in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support to service users at home and in community settings.
• Transport individuals safely to activities such as shopping trips, work, college, and outings like Sea Life.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote participation in a range of social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met during all journeys and activities.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work independently on weekends.
• Full, clean driving licence and confidence driving in the West Midlands area.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship or Skilled Worker visa required.
• Commitment to the values of inclusivity, anti‑racism and person‑centred care.

• Valid full clean driving licence.
