Weekend Support Worker

About the role

We are seeking friendly and caring individuals to join our weekend team in Headington, Oxfordshire. As a Weekend Support Worker you will help people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist service users with daily living activities during weekend shifts.
• Support community access and participation for individuals with diverse needs.
• Promote independence and personal development through tailored activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in health and social care.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence within the UK.

Required skills

• Basic communication and interpersonal abilities.
