Welcome Host – Ad‑hoc Temporary Shifts

About the role

We are looking for warm, professional individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts on an ad‑hoc, temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. The role combines front‑of‑house duties with post‑room support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Handle post‑room tasks, including receiving goods and managing internal and external mail distribution.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries efficiently.
• Follow security procedures and manage access requirements.
• Take and weigh deliveries up to 20 kg.
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, receptionist or customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Calm and confident during both busy and quiet periods.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding service.
