Wellbeing Advisor – Liverpool

About the role

Reed Further Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Advisor to support individuals under probation supervision and those facing complex challenges such as social isolation, mental ill‑health, substance misuse and relationship breakdown. You will work closely with local agencies to deliver personalised support and help service users achieve lasting positive change.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users, guiding them toward positive wellbeing outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including screening for Learning Difficulties and Disabilities.
• Develop and deliver personalised wellbeing plans and strengths‑based action plans.
• Provide one‑to‑one support, group workshops and digital interventions.
• Collaborate with local health, social care and community agencies to ensure appropriate referrals.

Required profile

• Experience supporting individuals to improve wellbeing and achieve personal outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and partnership‑working skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and technology for service delivery.
• Knowledge of local health and wellbeing services and referral pathways.
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and adhere to safeguarding policies.
