Wellness Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel London

About the role

The Wellness Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower spa, delivering a warm and personalised experience. You will guide visitors through the spa journey, promote treatments and products, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests, handling enquiries, recommending amenities and promoting spa packages.
• Manage bookings, upsell treatments and retail products, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all spa services and promotions.
• Process billing transactions accurately, encourage repeat visits through rebooking and tailored recommendations.
• Anticipate and address special guest requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness, ambience and operational readiness of reception, treatment rooms and guest areas, adhering to SOPs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, food service, food safety and hygiene.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
