Wills and Planning Chartered Legal Executive (Private Client Supervision)

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive to supervise private‑client wills and estate‑planning work. The position can be performed remotely or on‑site at our Greater Manchester office, offering flexible full‑time or part‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and quality‑assure wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and technical guidance to solicitors and other team members.
• Support the estate‑planning team with ad‑hoc queries and compliance checks.
• Maintain consistent adherence to regulatory standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills drafting and tax considerations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
