Wills and Probate Chartered Legal Executive – Private Client Supervision Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Supervision Manager to join our estate‑planning team. The role focuses on supervising wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney work with no billable targets, offering a balanced work‑life environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced solicitors and technical professionals to ensure high‑quality file progression.
• Review and quality‑assure the preparation of wills, trusts and LPAs, ensuring legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and necessary changes to meet clients’ estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with the estate‑planning team, offering technical support and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and solid wills‑writing experience.
• Experience with tax planning related to lifetime estate planning.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team‑working abilities and relationship‑building skills.
