Wills & Probate Solicitor – Private Client Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our well‑established private client department near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and families, providing compassionate, practical advice across a full suite of private client matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.
• Manage probate and estate administration matters.
• Provide inheritance tax planning and estate planning advice.
• Handle trust creation and administration.
• Assist with Court of Protection cases where required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in private client, wills or probate.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong communication, client‑care and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
