Window & Door Surveyor – Home Improvement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Window & Door Surveyor to join our national home‑improvement business. You will verify customers' requirements, take accurate measurements and produce drawings that enable a smooth, right‑first‑time installation.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct technical surveys with customers, meeting internal completion targets.
• Travel across the South West region to perform on‑site measurements and drawings to high standards.
• Confirm that ordered designs are suitable, explain details to customers and propose solutions where needed.
• Liaise with the wider Anglian team, reporting any discrepancies or changes after the survey.
• Enter survey data into the network and order required materials.
• Resolve any issues or changes promptly to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in the window and door sector.
• Experience installing uPVC products or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
• Ability to multitask, organise work and solve problems.
• Full, clean driving licence.
