Windows Systems Administrator – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join a leading international software business on a night‑shift schedule (10 pm – 6 am). The role is fully remote and part of a 24/7 production environment, where you will ensure the reliability and performance of Windows‑based infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (approximately 90‑100 servers).
• Support VMware and AWS EC2 instances as part of the hybrid infrastructure.
• Administer core services such as Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS and related applications.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to incidents and problems.
• Perform physical tasks in data centres, including cabling and racking.
• Communicate events and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows Server administration in a production environment.
• Familiarity with VMware, AWS EC2 and Active Directory.
• Experience working in a 24/7 support model and on‑call rotation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team of around 30 engineers.
