About the role

The Winterflood Trading Services Support role at Marex provides analytical, operational and technical assistance to the Front Office, Electronic Trading and Middle Office teams. The incumbent acts as a liaison between traders, clients, third‑party vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trading activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for the trading floor on operations and functionality queries.
• Act as an intermediary between Trading and Operations where required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real‑time issues affecting electronic trading platforms.
• Coordinate with in‑house IT and development teams to investigate and remediate production incidents.
• Support the implementation of technology and business change projects.
• Enhance business processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Maintain sound knowledge of the rules and regulations governing all trading platforms used by the company.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting electronic trading or front‑office platforms.
