WordPress Developer

About the role

We are seeking a WordPress Developer to own and evolve the corporate website for an innovative AI software business. Working in a hybrid model from our London office, you will collaborate with Marketing, UX and Product teams to deliver a high‑performing, SEO‑optimised digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain WordPress themes, plugins and bespoke functionality.
• Implement enhancements, new landing pages and API‑driven features to support AI product launches.
• Integrate third‑party platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Optimise site performance, security and CDN configuration, including Cloudflare and cookie‑consent solutions.
• Monitor website speed, user experience and search visibility, recommending continuous improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with WordPress, AI search and digital‑marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive commercial experience delivering and maintaining enterprise‑level WordPress sites.
• Strong front‑end development ability to create bespoke WordPress solutions.
• Deep understanding of SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) for AI‑driven search platforms.
• Proven experience integrating marketing technologies and managing high‑traffic, metrics‑driven websites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
