About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Insolvency Practitioner who excels at winning new corporate insolvency and restructuring work. The role is based in Manchester with coverage across Yorkshire and offers flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral networks with accountants, solicitors, lenders and financial advisers.
• Generate new corporate insolvency and restructuring instructions.
• Lead client meetings and provide technical insolvency advice.
• Manage appointments across administrations, CVLs, MVLs and restructuring assignments.
• Support and mentor junior staff and case teams.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and business‑development strategies.
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events.

Required profile

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with a proven work‑winning track record.
• Strong commercial mindset and business‑development capability.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to the firm’s growth and strategic direction.
