Workday Finance Integrations Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Finance Integrations Lead to join a top consultancy’s transformation team. The role is client‑facing, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and based in Edinburgh, with the possibility to work from other UK hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end Workday Finance integrations for enterprise clients.
• Lead integration teams through implementation phases and go‑live, coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore resources.
• Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, manage client relationships and ensure delivery of innovative, business‑focused outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Workday Finance integration projects.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations, including Workday Studio.
• Background in finance transformation, ERP or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and conduct workshops.
• Leadership experience managing distributed teams; Workday certifications are a plus.
