Workday Specialist – International HR

About the role

Tilray Brands is seeking a Workday Specialist to lead the international HR function across Europe, Australia and other markets. Based in London, you will own the Workday environment for multiple entities, ensuring it supports business goals and delivers a seamless experience for employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Workday subject‑matter expert for International HR.
• Manage day‑to‑day administration, configuration requests and system enhancements.
• Support the payroll connector and all employee‑lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compensation, performance, promotions, terminations, time tracking, payroll).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and workforce analytics for senior leaders.
• Ensure data quality, conduct regular audits and uphold GDPR and data‑privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and the Global HRIS team to drive process efficiency, compliance and user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Workday for international HR operations.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory obligations across multiple countries.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with cross‑functional teams.
