Workforce Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Euro Site Services Ltd is expanding its international recruitment and workforce solutions business and needs a Workforce Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless support for staff deployed on cutting‑edge construction projects across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for workforce welfare and logistics queries.
• Conduct regular site visits in multiple EU territories and hold weekly logistics meetings with recruitment and delivery managers.
• Coordinate accommodation, car hire, PPE, tools, workwear and merchandising within agreed budgets.
• Arrange travel, tax and social security appointments for new arrivals and manage mandatory registrations with local authorities.
• Oversee check‑in/check‑out processes, accommodation inspections and stock replenishment of PPE and tools.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong administrative and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Commercial awareness and a good command of written and spoken English.
