Workplace Design Strategist – EMEA

About the role

Join Macquarie's Corporate Real Estate team as a Workplace Design Strategist for the EMEA region. You will help shape workplace strategies, translate business needs into practical space plans, and support the delivery of redesign and restacking projects across multiple offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace strategies for EMEA offices.
• Support major redesign, restacking and space optimisation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed space and stacking plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure designs meet standards and innovation goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day occupancy planning and deliver small‑scale projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in workplace planning, architecture, interior design or related fields.
• Strong analytical and space‑planning abilities, including producing stacking plans.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to read architectural drawings.
• Relevant qualifications in architecture, interior design or a related discipline (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a collaborative, client‑focused approach.
