Workplace Insights Analyst – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Workplace Insights Analyst will support Facilities Management operations by turning workplace, operational and systems data into actionable insights. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help the client measure performance, identify trends and provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workplace, operational and systems data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Transform complex datasets into clear business insights and visualisations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor KPIs, measure the impact of improvements and report performance.
• Collaborate with Systems, Projects, Strategy, Property and Finance teams to ensure data quality and automate reporting.
• Present findings to operational teams and senior Facilities Management leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing complex datasets.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
