Workplace Insights Analyst – Data & FM Analytics

About the role

The Workplace Insights Analyst will turn complex workplace and facilities‑management data into actionable insight. Working hybrid in Stevenage, you will support evidence‑based decision‑making that improves employee experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational, system and workplace data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and visualisations for strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Monitor KPIs, measure the impact of workplace changes and support benefits‑realisation activities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across FM systems, and work with IT to improve data capture.
• Automate reporting where possible and create new performance metrics.
• Present findings to senior FM leadership and collaborate with Operations, Projects, Strategy, Property and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends, perform root‑cause analysis and turn data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical information simply.
• Proven stakeholder‑engagement and presentation abilities.
• Problem‑solving orientation and experience in continuous‑improvement environments.
