About the role
We are seeking a Workplace Office Coordinator to join a fast‑growing global tech company in London Bridge. The role starts immediately and will run for one month, with the possibility of extension. You will be the central point for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both on‑site and remote team members.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for office operations, facilities, and external vendors.
- Manage maintenance requests, supply orders, deliveries and general administrative tasks.
- Support remote employees with any administrative needs.
- Oversee equipment procurement, kitchen supplies and restocking.
- Coordinate meetings, including room setup, catering and visitor management.
- Maintain a positive, well‑run office environment on busy days.
- Handle ad‑hoc logistical tasks and hands‑on duties as required.
Required profile
- Highly organised and able to work independently.
- Proactive, decisive and comfortable making on‑the‑spot decisions.
- Adaptable with a “no task too small” attitude.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Personable, upbeat and service‑focused.
