About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well‑established main‑dealer franchise in Yeovil. The role focuses on driving workshop efficiency, managing workflow, and ensuring high standards of service for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians in an efficient manner.
- Facilitate smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.
- Maximise workshop productivity while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
- Ability to manage workflow and meet service standards.
Required skills
- Diagnostic equipment operation
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £35,000 basic plus bonus, OTE £40,000.
- Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.
