Workshop Controller

About the role

The Workshop Controller will be based at our Crawley dealership and will lead the workshop team to achieve commercial targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within a manufacturer‑owned dealership of Stellantis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive workshop performance against revenue and productivity goals.
• Manage daily workflow, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians and resources.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as turnaround time and first‑time fix rate.
• Coordinate with parts, service advisors and management to optimise service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a workshop or service environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
