Workshop Fitter – Motors (Static Role)

About the role
We are seeking a Workshop Fitter with a focus on motors to join a well‑established engineering firm in Bristol. This static, days‑based position offers Monday‑Friday hours with optional overtime, allowing you to work on a variety of motor and pump equipment in a manufacturing workshop.
Key responsibilities
- Testing, fault‑finding and repairing AC/DC motors and pumps.
- Fitting, commissioning and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Providing technical advice while adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Recording work activities and parts usage accurately.
Required profile
- Proven experience with AC or DC motors and/or pumps in an industrial environment.
- Willingness to work 7:30 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Flexibility to take optional overtime.

- Salary £38,000‑£40,000 per year (OTE up to £55,000).
